Refund & Exchange Policy

Please read and understand our warranty and return policy before placing an order.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we have a simple “DOA Replacement Policy”.  If an item is broken when you receive it, please contact us promptly.

There will be no refunds issued once an order has shipped.

No refunds or returns on e-liquid.

No warranty on RBA, RDA, mechanicals, atomizers or cartomizers.

Exchange parts will not be sent until the original part is returned to us and evaluated.  Shipping is at the customer’s expense for parts returned to Vape Machine.

The default warranty period for all products is 14 days unless otherwise specified in the product description.

Please test all products upon receipt. The warranty period expires whether you test it or not.

Products that are functional, not sold by Vape Machine, determined to be out of warranty or damaged by misuse will be sent back without exchange.

Eligibility for refunds, repairs or exchanges are limited to products determined to have manufacturing defects or premature failure. Products that are damaged through misuse, negligence, abuse or modified or repaired by anyone other than Vape Machine are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you experience any issues with anything you purchase at Vape Machine, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll assist in any way we can.
